David Lewis e-mailed us with his thoughts: "I think that any fan that applauded Fossie off the pitch on Sunday was indeed stupid. What he did was indefensible, having been let off a straight red card for a professional foul he continued to get involved with the same player. He was warned again but continued to tangle with the player, who knew exactly what he was doing. Fossie was sleeping when he let the player past him and has been at fault on a number of similar occasions of doing the same thing. Maybe now Richard walker will get the chance he deserves, after being our best player in the games he has played, before being dropped for getting sent off against Wigan. Incedently for a much more innocuous challenge than fossies on Sunday."
