Calvin Zola has been given the all clear to play this Saturuday against Darlington at Gresty Road.

Zola had missed the last two games against Dagenham and Hereford United after the player picked up an eye injury in training.

The Congolaise striker who has netted 14 goals this season has not started in 2010 and will be no doubt wanting to add to his tally of goals against Darlington in a game that the Alex must win to keep their play-off hopes alive.

Zola has been subject to transfer speculation in recent months and it will be likely that the scouts will be alerted that the former Tranmere striker will be playing tomorrow.
